What equipment do you use?
We use a mixture of top of the range Canon & Sony cameras.
Do you have onsite printing?
Yes, we use the latest technology printing systems to give the best long term results.
Do you print on other products?
Yes, our team at Northern Secret print on to many other products not listed on our website such as Canvas Prints, Mugs, Hoodies, Stickers and much more.
What events do you do?
We do any kind of event or family/friend session.
Can my family and friends see my images?
Yes, we can upload your images to our website for others to see if you require.
Is our event password protected?
Yes, if required we provide an online gallery that is password protected for only you and your family/friends to access.
What backgrounds do you have?
We use green screen technology to provide any background that you like. Fixed backgrounds are available with enough notice for us to supply.
Can I have my logo on the pictures?
Yes, we can add any image, including your company logo to your session photos.
How long is a session?
Our Events normally last 1-2 hours, but this can be extended if required.
Do you use Props?
We have a variety of props to make your pictures stand out, we will discuss before your event.
How much space do you need?
We require a width up to 3.2 metres, height up to 3.8 metres & depth up to 3 metres, this includes our lights, green screen and printer.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes please, we require a £50 deposit to be paid prior to the event.
What is your cancellation charge?
In the event you need to cancel, we would look to reschedule. If this is not possible there may be a cancellation charge.
Do you offer no charge if enough people buy prints?
This is possible, this works well if you have a large ticketed event and you can add each price of a photo to everyone’s ticket.
What about additional pictures?
Not a problem, we offer a link to our website and prints can be purchased online after the event.
What frames do you offer?
Our frames are classic black card with a silver trim to give a contemporary finish.
